Last day of January!

Its the last day of January, and it was a very slow month! I think its the cold weather that makes this month drag by... Below is a partial view of a new illustration I am working on for a project.

Here is a spread out of my current 'everything' journal. I've been playing with markers, paint, gesso and of course paper, and my endless swirly lines..... ah, it makes my heart happy looking at this page, I just love the color!

More Yummy Ideas

Feeling like a little desert! When at the grocery store the other day, I went past the bakery case, and you know what? I think I need my camera next time. You would not believe how LOVELY those little cakes looked! There were about 6 4" in diameter mini cakes, about 4" high, covered in fondant, chocolate, you name it. They were too pretty to eat!

YES!  I made those! They are covers for my journals!
Complete with ribbon bookmark! I'm planning on a few more, but
these are first. Isn't that fabulous fabric!
