Journal I put together....I know I know, stop rebuilding the journal and fill it, right?
Mostly this one is filled with #90 or #140 watercolor hot press (Fabriano Artistico, Lanaquarelle, Winsor Newton, and Arches) and Gutenberg....It is all VERY lovely paper to draw, paint, write and dream on!
This is the outside, a lovely Cavallini sheet of 'treats'.... yummy...:-)
Journal measures 8.5" x 12.5" with a spine of 2". It has hard covers and spine and is a really good and sturdy book.
I finished teaching a Creative Art Journaling class last night and I really have to say—I LOVE TEACHING! Truly, I have MORE ideas for my next class, and it just keeps evolving which is so fun and exciting. I am finding that the more I teach, the more I get inspired and want to share this with more people. Journaling has taught me so much about myself that I want everyone who is willing to have the same experience.
So, I am going to work on getting a day-long 'journal camp' put together and I'll keep you all posted!
Also, I am going to be a vendor and have a table at the Illumination Conference February 26, 2011. I will have as many handpainted one-of-a-kind journals (ready for you to fill up!) as I can get done between today and February 25.
